All orders placed on our website are shipped from our operational unit in Noida, Uttar Pradesh via trusted courier partners.

SHIPPING TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days (Monday–Saturday). Once dispatched, delivery takes:

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days

• Non-metro locations: 5–7 working days

Please note, during festivals, adverse weather conditions, or sale events, this timeline may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience during such times.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable on all orders below ₹999.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD fee of ₹50 will be applied.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor its status.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 working days of placing the order, please feel free to contact us.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address and contact number before confirming your order.

Ziva Chikankari will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
