Order Cancellation

Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Exceptions: Orders that have already been dispatched or customized cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
All exchanges and returns must be raised within 2 days of the delivery.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We accept return/exchange requests only in the following cases:

The product is defective or damaged.

An incorrect product was delivered.
Conditions

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is mandatory.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Slight variations in motifs/designs are due to the hand-embroidered nature of our products. (Exchanges are not acceptable in such cases.)

Slight color differences due to lighting, screen resolution, or color balance. (Exchanges are not acceptable in such cases.)

Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

No refunds for taxes, duties, tariffs, or excise charges for international orders will be issued, regardless of refund or exchange approval.
Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Once your return is approved, a store credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping/taxes) will be issued.

Store credit is valid for future purchases on our website.
